By booking a stay at Nyaatha Apartments, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a 50% deposit.

  • The balance must be cleared before or at check-in.

  • Payments are accepted via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

  • Bookings are non-transferable without management approval.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • 7+ days before check-in – Full refund.

  • Less than 7 days before check-in – 50% refund.

  • No-show or same-day cancellation – No refund.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Early departures, unused nights, and certain promotional/non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds.

  • Group and peak-season bookings may be subject to stricter terms, communicated at the time of booking.

3. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must provide valid identification at check-in.

  • Intoxication from alcohol, bhang (cannabis), or illegal substances is not permitted.

  • No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed inside the apartments or building.

  • Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • Guests are responsible for damages or losses caused during their stay.

4. Safety & Security

  • ADN Security provides 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance in common areas.

  • Guests must secure their apartment (doors and windows) when leaving.

  • In case of emergencies, follow management and security instructions.

5. Liability

  • Nyaatha Apartments is not liable for loss of personal belongings.

  • Guests are advised to store valuables securely and report any incidents immediately.
