- No Admission Under the Influence or when indecently dressed – Guests will not be admitted if intoxicated by alcohol, bhang (cannabis), or any other illegal drugs/substances or when indecently dressed during check in
- No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and the building.
- Alcohol – Alcohol consumption is strongly discouraged within the apartments and common areas.
- No Parties or Events – To maintain a peaceful environment, parties and events are not permitted.
- No Pets – Pets are not allowed in the apartments
- Respect & Courtesy – Be considerate to fellow guests, staff, and property.
- Quiet Hours – From 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be mindful, especially on balconies, as sound travels easily.
- Lock Up – Always secure your apartment when leaving.
- Wi-Fi – Complimentary; please use responsibly.
- Kitchen – Light cooking is allowed; clean after use.
