Payment Policy

Accepted Methods – Payments can be made via M-Pesa, or other methods approved by management.

Deposit Requirement – A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

Balance Payment – The remaining balance must be settled before or upon check-in.

Currency – All payments are made in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Proof of Payment – Guests are required to present proof of payment (M-Pesa message, bank slip, or receipt) at check-in.

Late Payments – Failure to clear outstanding balances on time may result in booking cancellation without refund.

Non-Refundable Rates – Some promotional or discounted bookings may require full non-refundable payment at the time of booking.
