Booking Policy
- Confirmation – A booking is confirmed once full payment or a 50% deposit has been received.

Balance Payment – Any outstanding balance must be cleared before check-in.

Identification – Valid identification (ID or passport) is required at check-in for all guests.

Number of Guests – Bookings are only valid for the number of guests specified at the time of reservation. Additional guests require prior approval

Age Requirement – The primary guest making the booking must be at least 18 years old.

Special Requests – Early check-in, late check-out, or specific apartment preferences are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

Non-Transferable – Bookings are personal to the guest and cannot be transferred to another individual without management approval.
