Guest Cancellations

• 7+ days before check-in – Full refund.

• Less than 7 days before check-in – 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• No-show or same-day cancellation – No refund.

Cancellations by Nyaatha Apartments

• In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, safety issues), guests will receive either a full refund or be offered alternative accommodation. within Nyaatha plaza

Breach of Rules – Bookings may be cancelled without refund if guests violate house rules, behave illegally, or cause disturbance.

Written Notice – All cancellations must be submitted in writing via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Special Circumstances – Documented medical emergencies or extenuating situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.
