 Cancellation by Guest:

  1. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund within 14 days from the cancellation date
  2. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellation by Nyaatha Apartments

  1. Property Unavailability: If the Apartment becomes unavailable due to unforeseen maintenance or other issues, we will offer a full refund within 14 business days or alternative accommodation.
  2. Behaviour: Nyaatha Apartments reserves the right to cancel a booking without refund if the guest or any member of their party violates the terms of their reservation agreement or these guidelines, or engages in illegal or disruptive behaviour on the property
  3. Cancellation Timeframe: The cancellation date is determined by the date we receive your written cancellation request
  4. Written Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via SMS/WhatsApp or Email: nyaathaplaza@adnyeri.org Verbal cancellations will not be accepted
  5. Special Circumstances: In some cases, such as documented medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, we may consider a partial refund or a change of dates on a case-by-case basis. Any such consideration is at the sole discretion of Nyaatha Apartments, and you will be required to provide supporting documentation
  6. Holiday/Peak Season: Bookings made for holiday periods or peak season may be subject to a different cancellation policy. Any such variation will be communicated to the guest at the time of booking
  7. Group Bookings: Bookings of 2 or more apartments may be subject to a different cancellation policy. Details of any such policy will be provided at the time of booking.
